what we’re making

We’re crocheting stars with super chunky yarn. These gorgeous stars are made by first crocheting around a centre loop, and then the points are added by repeating the same couple of stitches 5 times. At the end we’ll steam block your stars so they look amazing!

sizes

Each star is 16cm / 6.3in by 15cm / 5.9in, and 1.5cm / 0.6in thick.

Helpful hint: if your stars are a different size to this, it means you will use a different amount of yarn than the design.

The chunky stars use simple stitches.
